 Raced in Japanese and European GT ( 1960`s )

 Engine : 4 Cylinders 600 cc / 800 cc

 Power : works Race cars 100 BHP

 Top Speed : over 100 MPH

 Fabulous little sports coupes that demonstrated

 Hondas little gems of small capacity , high0reving

 engines.Road S800 rated 70 bhp at 8000rpm but

 racers had 100 bhp.

 Back in 1964 the 1-litre class of the Nurburgring

 500kms GT race was won by non other than Denny

 Hulme in Jack Brabham team S600.

 In the 90`s Team Piglet`s 4 cars won the long-

 running Birket 4-hour Relay race . One of the cars

WEIGHT :

The NSX was the longest running car in the high

tech All-Japan / Super GT series from its first

true season in 1996 until 2009 some 4 years after

production has finally ceased. It out lasted its big

rivals the Skyline ( 1996-03 ) and Supra ( 1996-03)

 Three Championships were acheived.

 2000 ALL JAPAN GT CHAMPIONS ( GT 500 ) :

Ryo Michigami won the drivers title , Castrol Dome Mugen won

the team prize.

 2004 ALL JAPAN GT CHAMPIONS ( GT 300 ) :

Tetsuya Yamano + Hiboyuki Yagi won the drivers title , M Tec /

Ebbro won the team prize.    

2007 JAPAN SUPER GT CHAMPIONS ( GT 500 ) :

Daisuke Ito + Ralph Firman won the drivers title , Autobacs

Aguri ( Team Honda Racing ) won the team prize.

1st at Okayama 300 kms, Sugo 300 kms + Autopolis 300 kms.
